The mission of our Children’s Ministry with CEAPU is to help lay a spiritual foundation for children, which leads them into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ through discipleship. Preparing today’s child for tomorrow’s world by restoring their hope for the future and giving them the basic needs of life as a means to show them Gods love. This is exactly what a sponsor does in the life of a child through our sponsorship program by providing Education,physical health,medical care,clothes,shelter and above all LOVE

 

 

A Sponsor

And so you ask,who is a sponsor? To us as a project, staff and sponsored children a sponsor is the important person in the life of the child for the child is taught how to love through all our programs. Child sponsorship allows an individual, typically in a developed country, to sponsor, or fund a child in a developing country until the child becomes self-sufficient. This could mean financially supporting the education, health, spiritual and security needs  of the sponsored child. Your sponsorship ensures your sponsored child receives support through every phase of his or her young life. It provides health care, nutritional support to help your child stay healthy,and caters for the child’s spiritual needs. Your sponsored child will also receive basic necessities like school shoes and clothing, school uniforms, tuition and other school supplies so that poverty doesn’t stand in the way of his or her education. When your sponsored child reaches age 14, he or she will have access to a world-class Youth Program full of activities designed to transform youth into confident and responsible young christian adults prepared for success. Skills training being so important in the lives of these children we shall have as many skills as possible to ensure every child fits in the system. Will you sponsor a child with CEAPU?

Child Development through sponsorship is our main program.The funds that we receive are used for spiritual, cognitive, social and economic development of the children living in poverty so that they can know that someone somewhere loves them and then learn to appreciate God for such love and grow up to love others in the future. So we link children in need with a sponsors who are able and willing to support the children. A sponsor gives to the child/children registered with CEAPU as though giving to the Lord. It is the Lord who pays back to the sponsor. Our sponsored children have a duty to pray and write to the sponsors.

“For if you give, you will get! Your gift will return to you in full and overflowing measure, pressed down, shaken together to make room for more….” Luke 6:38

Our prayer is that you too will be willing to help a child in need here in Uganda by sponsoring a child, by donating to the project, sending a message of encouragement, writing a letter to the children and by praying for our ministry. Blessed Is He That Considers the Poor

Uganda FlagFinally, I thank God that we have this on. It was established early 2012 but we had no web site. Wow! Thanks to Adam Purvis for the efforts, with a good heart, which he has rendered to build this website. My prayer is that the good Lord will bless him.

I want to commend the family of Mr. Dan Yleana Newton for his tireless concern about me and this project. Thus far it has reached because of his continuous followup through e-mails and phone calls. I pray that almighty God will bless him for his concern about the suffering children all over the world.

Lets remember, friends, that 100 years from now it will not matter the kind of a powerful vehicle that I drive, today. It will not matter the expensive house I built and lived in. It will not count the kind of food that I eat now. Neither will it matter the kind and color of the expensive clothes that I wore. But a smile that I create on the face of a child in need will last, never to be forgotten.

PSALM 41:1-3 “Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the Lord will deliver him in time of trouble. 2 The Lord will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies.”
