SPONSOR A CHILD IN UGANDA- CEAPU

RACHEALYou can completely transform the life of a child who is in need through our sponsorship program with Christian Efforts Against Poverty Uganda. Sponsors often tell us that their sponsored child gives them so much more than they ever could imagine in the way of love and gratitude”God bless you” a phrase that misses not in a child’s letter to his /her sponsor and indeed many of our sponsors have been blessed. Sponsorships change lives on both continents.

The children in our program have either been rejected, orphaned by the loss of one or both parents, usually to AIDS, or come  from the most vulnerable backgrounds where there is no one to show them the love of God by supplying their basic needs of life. You can help fill this gap and restore their  hope for the future future or you could tell your friend about us.Together we can restore hope for the future in the life of a Ugandan child

CHANGE A LIFE INFLUENCE GENERATIONS

Food for the hungry Train up a child in the way he should go, even when he/she is old he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6.

The mission of our Children’s Ministry with CEAPU is to help lay a spiritual foundation for children, which leads them into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ through discipleship. Preparing today’s child for tomorrow’s world by restoring their hope for the future and giving them the basic needs of life as a means to show them Gods love. This is exactly what a sponsor does in the life of a child through our sponsorship program by providing Education, physical health, medical care, clothes, shelter and above all LOVE

THE CHALLENGE!!!

African baby in dirtYesterday is gone, today has come, and tomorrow is on its way but yesterday is remarkable day in the live of our beneficiaries and us as a project in general. We thank our dear sponsors and those praying for us out there. It was a very big blessing for us to see Adam Purvis come around to help to the distribution of soap and Vaseline to all the children after his preaching to our children and their children.

1 John 4:7-14 in his speech,he challenged the caregivers that we ought to love one another because God is the author of love,he further stressed it out very well that love must originate from their families and that weather they have food, clothes, school tuition, books etc it does not matter if their parents do not tell them that they love  them and then actually do to them the acts of love.

So will you please have a child to whom you will show Gods love by telling them you love them, praying for them, sponsoring their education, sending them a letter or helping supply their school needs. Remember your decision on this matter could bring a life lasting change in the life of a child in Uganda.

Partner with us therefore in praying for the Purvis family who have been here for the last six months helping to see that the implementation of CEAPU is a success and our dear friend John Kinton as they go back to USA on Monday 27/July/2015. We hope they reach safely and we hope they will come back again

We love and are waiting for you to act.

Blessed Is He That Considers the Poor

Uganda FlagFinally, I thank God that we have this on. It was established early 2012 but we had no web site. Wow! Thanks to Adam Purvis for the efforts, with a good heart, which he has rendered to build this website. My prayer is that the good Lord will bless him.

I want to commend the family of Mr. Dan Yleana Newton for his tireless concern about me and this project. Thus far it has reached because of his continuous followup through e-mails and phone calls. I pray that almighty God will bless him for his concern about the suffering children all over the world.

Lets remember, friends, that 100 years from now it will not matter the kind of a powerful vehicle that I drive, today. It will not matter the expensive house I built and lived in. It will not count the kind of food that I eat now. Neither will it matter the kind and color of the expensive clothes that I wore. But a smile that I create on the face of a child in need will last, never to be forgotten.

PSALM 41:1-3 “Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the Lord will deliver him in time of trouble. The Lord will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies.”

I want to encourage all concerned and good-hearted friends to stand for the cause of giving a smile to a child in need. Together we can restore hope for a child.

GOD BLESS YOU.
